Can I get the volume discount when I order 3 different courses?
No. Volume discounts are available when your purchase 3 or more of the SAME course.
How will I know if there are credits remaining?
eSMMART keeps track of the number of credits left for each course and lets you know when it is time to buy more.
Do I have to use my credits within a certain time frame?
No. Credits for unused courses remain in the system indefinitely.
What happens when an employee leaves?
If the employee's USER ACCOUNT does not have unused courses granted to it, simply delete the account. If the employee's USER ACCOUNT does have unused courses granted to it, call us and we will help you with the solution.
Can I print or download information from courses?
No, all of our content and exam-taking process is online. The Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when you registered prohibit you from copying course material.
