What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username or password, click HERE and eSMMART will send the information to the e-mail address you used when you first signed up.
Can I pause a course or my exam and come back to
it later?
Yes. A course or exam can be paused at any time. When you continue the exam, simply go to Exam History, select the exam and continue.
Is there a “final” at the end of a course?
Exams are based on modules. There is no cumulative “final” at the end of the course.
Can I review exams I have taken?
You can review any of the exams you have taken, including the answers you selected and whether they were right or wrong, by going to your Exam History.
What happens if I don’t pass an exam? Do I get a chance to take the course/module again?
Yes. You can take an exam twice. If you are unsuccessful after your second exam, your employer will need to purchase the course again.
How do I make comments about course material or recommendations for changes or additions?
eSMMART is industry training and we welcome your comments, input, and suggestions.
At the end of each course, you have an opportunity to evaluate the course and provide any comments you deem appropriate.
