Margit Novack Margit Novack founded Moving Solutions in 1996 and is Founding President of NASMM. A pioneer and leader in the industry, Margit developed the first hands-on training program in Senior Move Management in 2000 and has been sharing her passion and expertise ever since. In 2007, Margit developed eSMMART, a website that provides affordable training for both Senior Move Managers and their employees, as well as marketing tools to help their businesses grow.

Based in Southeast Pennsylvania, Moving Solutions has 25 employees, including 6 Team Leaders. Her staff includes three social workers, a Certified stager, an Aging in Place specialist and a Certified Life Documents Specialist. Margit manages her business through a web-based project management system.

Margit is a frequent speaker at national conferences and has been featured in the New York Times, Time Magazine, the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, NPR and other national media.

Beth Warren owns Welcome Home Relocation, a full-service Move Management company located in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. In business since 1997, Beth is a pioneer in the Senior Move management industry.

Beth was a board member of NASMM for three years and has worked on the NASMM annual conference committee. In 2010, she was inducted into the NASMM Circle of Service. Beth has a history of sharing her knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Most recently, Beth created and presented the NASMM webinar, “Estimating Essentials.” Beth was also a trainer for the Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) course. In addition to Move Management services, Beth is a member of the National Association for Professional Organizers (NAPO) and frequently incorporates organization into the move management package.

Beth and Welcome Home have been featured in the St. Pete Times, Sarasota Herald Tribune, Time Magazine and the book, Rightsizing Your Life. They have also been featured on Tampa Bay’s Bay News 9.

Susan Campbell is the president of More Than Moving For Seniors and Susan's Selections, which she started in 1998, as the result of helping her father move from his home of 46 years.

Susan, Roy Lambertson (her husband), and a staff of 18 are a full-service moving company that focuses on the special concerns of seniors and their families. More Than Moving makes moving easier with a one-stop menu of services that includes move management, packing and unpacking, moving, estates sales, house clearing and consignments. More Than Moving specializes in working with seniors but also helps empty-nesters, busy professionals, newlyweds, people with physical challenges and others who want help.

Susan was the President of the National Association of Senior Move Managers in 2008 and has been an active member of The Richmond Senior Network and Partners in Healthcare.
