    eSMMART Guiding Principles

Everyone who works with clients, both business owners and employees, is a professional and deserves an opportunity for professional training and recognition.

A significant knowledge base about move management and working with older adults is required to create the client-centered service that defines what we do.

Front line performance --- our work with clients at the job site --- is where the rubber meets the road.

In order for businesses to grow, owners need to work on their businesses, not in them. Consistent standards and practices, developed through training, make this possible.

Professional standards and training are one of the elements that will elevate our industry from a commodity based on price to a service based on value.

We are what we repeatedly do.
Excellence is not an act, but a habit.
