eSMMART provides small businesses with big business e-learning platforms, without the cost. Purchase courses for your employees and monitor performance, just like big companies do, without needing to invest in a private web portal.
Here is how eSMMart Employee Training works:
1. Create your Company Account.
Only Company Accounts can access bulk discounts. As soon as you create your Company Account, you'll be logged onto your private Company area. You can return to your Company Account at any time by logging in under Company Account on the eSMMART home page.
2. Create Accounts for yourself and your employees.
Create user accounts for yourself and your employees from within your COMPANY ACCOUNT. Users take courses (not companies). eSMMART sends a Welcome e-mail to each new user, explaining how to access the site.
3. Purchase courses for yourself and your employees.
Purchased courses are “banked” and can be used at any time. There is no time limit on when purchased courses must be taken.
4. Distribute courses and track performance.
Use the Report section to monitor your employees' performance. Upon successful completion of the 8 required courses, your employees will earn a Certificate in Senior Move Management (cSMM), including a framed certificate and a lapel pin they can proudly wear on their apron.
